If the 5-digit code never arrives you can request a new code, then wait a few minutes and check to see if it has landed in your spam/junk folder.
We also kindly ask that you double-check that a valid email address has been entered. We often see a few common mistakes, such as typing errors, using spaces or invalid characters in the e-mail address, or not including the .com on the end, for example.
Note that you can only request one code every 15 minutes. If you've requested a code recently, then you may need to wait for 15 minutes, then restart the game and try again.
