Only the mods available from the mod browser are available for consoles. Most of the mods on the website are PC only. Subscribing to mods that are not available on the console mod menu will not be available on these platforms.
The reason for this is that mods on consoles must be pre-approved by the game's developers and the console platforms before they are allowed on consoles. Due to the rules imposed by console platforms, some mods are not suitable for consoles and are not available.
