For purchases of currency packs or USD priced items done directly from mod.io, you can automatically process the refund of a purchase done in the last 30 days from the purchase tab in your profile. Users are allowed one automatic self-refund per year, for additional requests, please contact our customer support.
For currency packs or USD priced items purchased via external platforms and stores (Steam, Google Play, Microsoft Store, for example), please refer to the refund policies of the relevant platform.
For purchases of premium UGC using virtual currency, by default you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, directly from the purchase tab in your profile. Up to eight self-refunds of premium UGC purchases are automatically granted per year this way. The ability to self-refund UGC purchases can be deactivated by the game team for a specific game, in which case you’ll have to reach out to the game’s customer support for refund requests.
