We have been investigating this issue and have identified that the cause of this bug is because you are running an unpatched version of Windows 7 that does not support the latest security protocols (TLS1.2) which our servers may require for secure communication between your game and our service.
We strongly recommend updating to a supported operating system such as Windows 10 or Windows 11. However, if you wish to continue to use Windows 7, you must update it to support TLS 1.2 by installing the latest required Windows Updates from Microsoft.
